2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1074 of 2022, G.R. No. 1799 of 2022 arising out of Naokothi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 448 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 09.06.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
