2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, and later Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot and took away the tempo, mobile phone and money of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025.

4. During investigation, the petitioner has given a self-inculpatory statement. The petitioner also has criminal antecedents.

5. In view of the above, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
