The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2017 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 392 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused Amardeep Kumar, who is the brother-in-law of the deceased with whom the present petitioner is having strained relation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one other criminal antecedent, in which, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36630 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 392 of 2017.
