2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 362 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2022.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased and the informant of the case. As per her, three persons named in the F.I.R., have shot the deceased and killed the deceased. During the investigation, the petitioner has been made accused in the case as she was having an affair with one Amit Kumar @ Bittu and she got her husband killed through the named criminals.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81152 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
