The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No. 52 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian penal Code and 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is that one country made pistol without any magazine and cartridge was recovered from his possession and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Shivam Sahni, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2018.
