JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 292 of 2018 arising out of Singhwara P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused on the confessional statement of the other co-accused who was apprehended at the spot along with the liquor. The said co-accused has been granted bail by this Court on 16.05.2018 in Cr.Misc. No. 29593 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
