2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 448, 354(B), 341, 323, 325, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 29.03.2018 by the informant, Roshni Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that while she was alone, the petitioner entered and outraged her modesty and later escaped after taking the silver chain.

4. Learned APP has pointed out that the matter is of the year 2018 and for six years, the petitioner remained absconder.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that the

6. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
