The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 170 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather his name surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is rotting in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68296 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 judicial custody since 15.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.
