JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 578 of 2017, arising out of Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in Section 83 Cr.P.C. proceeding process has already been issued against the petitioner and in support of his contention he has filed certified copy of the order sheet, which is kept on the record.

In the said circumstances, let petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit,
