JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 9.9.2022, passed in CWJC No. 5760 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Mansoorchak, has already passed the final order dated 24.1.2023, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2022-23.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order dated 24.1.2023 is not being enforced, hence, the District Magistrate, Begusarai, be directed to ensure compliance of the aforesaid order dated 24.1.2023. It
Patna High Court MJC No.2666 of 2022(3) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 is directed accordingly.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed while reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case of subsisting grievances.
