JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 The present application has been filed for modification of the orders dated 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69022/2018 and dated 21.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16036 of 2018.

Earlier, vide order dated 21.3.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16036 of 2018, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1236/2016 to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bonds. Thereafter, vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74548 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69022 of 2018 (modification), the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below was extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The present one is the second modification application by which the petitioners seek extension of time to surrender before the Court below.

This Court finds no merit in the present application and to interfere with the earlier orders passed by this Court. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
