The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2018 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 455 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18320 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the charge has already been framed vide order dated 27.04.2018 in Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2018.

Considering the changed circumstances and the liberty granted earlier, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
