JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents to construct approach road on the western side of the newly constructed bridge over the Chir river, Panjwara NH 333 A, as per general public convenience, inasmuch as on the eastern side, the respondents have made 135 meter long approach road whereas on the western side only 50 meter approach road (dhal) has been made, which looks like a ladder (situated vertically), which shall cause hindrance in reaching the bridge.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
