Case No.3 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 307, 379, 354 (B) , 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that there is specific accusation that this petitioner gave Farsa blow on the informant causing injury.

Considering the fact that that there is specific accusation against the petitioner and he is named accused in the F.I.R., there is no reason to pass favourable order. The petition for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
