The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2018 in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 60/2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties. He also submits that injuries found on informant and Umesh Prasad Yadav are simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

No.36643 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that there was admitted land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanhoula P.S. Case No. 60/2018.
