The petitioner seeks prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No.182/17 arising out of Chiksaur P.S.Case No.106 of 2016 registered 147, 148, and 302 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R. He further submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been refused twice lastly on 10.01.2018 vide Cr.Misc. No.49714/2017. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2016 and similarly situated co-accused coaccused Lalit Prasad @ Lalit Yadav and Sudhir Prasad @ Sudhir Kumar have already been granted bail vide orders dated 6.4.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36164 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 and 17.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.12885 of 2018 and Cr.Misc. No.25592 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Hilsa, Nalanda, in S.Tr.No.182 of 2017 arising out of Chiksaur P.S.Case No.106 of 2016.
