ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 17.04.2018 in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been taken into custody on suspicion and he was located in the C.C.T.V. camera and that there has been no recovery from his possession, in fact, the chain allegedly snatched was recovered from the jewellery shop. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that, till date, he has not been placed on the T.I. Parade.

No.36726 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there has been no recovery from the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018.
