ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2018 in connection with Rail Danapur P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. In view of the fact that the petitioner was found to be having the bag which was allegedly snatched from the informant and the same having been recovered from his conscious possession, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
