2. The petitioners apprehends thier arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 376, 313, 307, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation in the F.I.R., the petitioners who assaulted the husband of the informant. He further submits that there is specific overt act against co-accused Ranjeet Kumar Yadav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with POCSO Case No. 94 of 2022, arising out of Jadiya P.S. Case No. 319 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
