The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NTPC P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that application before the authority and photo in the said application as well as academic statement of educational certificate is correct and the same is not a matter of impersonation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70083 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with NTPC P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019.
