The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case no. 41 of 2018, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner being the Data Entry Operator along with two others named in the F.I.R. have modified/tempered with the D.C.R. (Daily Collection Register) and thereby they reduced the amount of collection of supply. The losses incurred by the company, because of the conduct of the petitioner and others, has been assessed as Rs. 9, 22,623/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be appear from the F.I.R. itself that the petitioner is

Further submission is that co-accused Dinendra Kumar the then Assistant Electrical Engineer and Pankaj Kumar have already been allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24606 of 2018 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31070 of 2018 on 25.04.2018 and 21.05.2018, respectively. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
