2. Counsel for the State, by referring to Para-4 of the supplementary show-cause, submits that in terms of the order as contained in Memo No.2000 dated 22.04.2026, the payment of current salary has been made to the petitioners in their respective bank accounts on 13.05.2026 and, accordingly, the

Patna High Court MJC No.3620 of 2025(11) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 arrears of salary/remuneration shall also be paid to the petitioner after receipt of the allotment from the department in the concerned head.

3. Considering the aforementioned statement taken by the State in the supplementary show-cause, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.

4. It is expected that once the fund is received from the State Government, the arrears of salary/remuneration shall be paid to the petitioners as per their entitlements. (Ajit Kumar, J) rishi/- U
