Petitioner apprehends arrest in Ladaniya PS Case No. 178 of 2017, registered under Sections 452, 354(B), 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that once inadvertently cross connection was made to the informant's mobile and on that account he has been falsely implicated and he is covillager having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Md. Imtyaz @ Imtyaz Ansari @ Md. Imtiyaz Ansari is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya PS Case No. 178 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
