2. Earlier the bail petition of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.04.2025 with a liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded.
3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that only the commitment of the case has been made to the Court of Session till today.
4. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner has called the deceased at his house where he was being killed by Tirath Singh and others.

6. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 10.10.2025, Tirath Singh has been granted bail by this Court. It has been submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, the only allegation against him is that he has called the deceased at his house. He is not the assailant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 02.08.2024.
7. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 417 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
