The petitioners are in custody since 25.02.2018 in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 69/2018 for the offence registered under Sections 414/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 469/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither the recovery was made from the petitioner, nor the vehicle belongs to them. The petitioners have nothing to do with the registration number of the car. It is further submitted that petitioners are merely the employees of one Cira Industries of Haryana and they were directed to deliver 100 pieces of cotton lycra suit length to one Arryama Marketing India Pvt Ltd.

It is further submitted that, if any offence was made, it was the owner of the said Company. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
