JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 21.12.2017 giving him the liberty to approach this Court again after reasonable time. Though the petitioner is stated to be a truck driver but more than one thousand kgs of Ganja is said to have been recovered from his possession.

Considering the quantum of the recovery of narcotics, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, abovenamed, for the present. Petition is dismissed.
