The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.30 of 2015 arising out of Amour P.S. Case No.104 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 315 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner by the informant, a minor girl aged about 16-17 years, that he repeatedly ravished her as a result of which she became
