JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P. S. Case No. 234 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 342, 379, 353, 120B of I.P.C. As per prosecution case, the informant was called by these petitioners and other co-accused and on the order of coaccused they have tied her hand. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegations are vague and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70349 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, they have to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned trial court without being prejudiced by order of this Court, and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
