2. The instant application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following reliefs:- "(I). For directing the respondent authority to lodge a first information report on the basis of written information given by the petitioner to the S.H.O., Cyber Police Station,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2356 of 2024(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 Bela, District- Muzaffarpur on 29.08.2024 and upon non registration of FIR, again the petitioner has given the said information through registered post on 15.10.2024 for registration of FIR to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur as well as to the SHO of Cyber P.S., Bela, Muzaffarpur.

(II). Also for commanding the respondent authority to investigate the case after institution of F.I.R. properly on the basis of the allegation leveled into the present written application which constitutes cognizable offence.

Also for directing the respondent Bank i.e. respondent No. 7 and 8 to unfreezed/unhold the saving account of the petitioner bearing A/c 100117487715, after proper verification on the basis of representation given by the petitioner to the respondent No. 8 on 28.08.2024."

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum i.e., the Court of the learned Magistrate who is dealing with the concerned Police Station.
