JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pothia P. S. Case No. 121 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506/34 of IPC. As per prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons chased the minor sister of the informant and also abused her and threatened her. It is also said that when the informant went there, he was also abused and assaulted by the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity in the panchayat election, as the informant was a candidate and petitioner has not supported the informant. He has no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Kishanganj, in connection with Pothia P. S. Case No. 121 of 2019.
