JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 for the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017 and, as such, he has completed six months.

Considering the fact that that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
