2. The present modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66169 of 2024, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph nos. 1 & 4 as well as in the prayer portion of the main petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 66169 of 2024, due to inadvertence "Laukaha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023" was wrongly typed in place of "Laukaha P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023" and, as a consequence, the same error also occurred in the aforesaid order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79432 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 dated 01.10.2024, which is required to be modified.

4. In view of the above, let the order order dated 01.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66169 of 2024, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is modified/rectified to the extent that "Laukaha P.S. Case No. 388 of 2023" be read as "Laukaha P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023".

5. Accordingly, the time to surrender before the learned court below is hereby extended by a further period of six weeks from today.

6. The modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
