====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanghanj P.S. Case No.202 of 2019 (Special Case No.6526 of 2019) registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the court of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna.

Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.58972 of 2019.

I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner to grant him the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69151 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail stands rejected.
