JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2024 By way of filing the writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for directing the respondents to correct the wrong entries made in Municipal Survey in respect of area of Khesra no. 617/3814, which was wrongly mentioned as 0.0150 Hectare equivalent to 3.707 Decimals and the nature of land which is wrongly shown as Municipal Road while the actual area of the said plot is 0.0790 Hectare equivalent to about 19.53 Decimals and the name of the Raiyat was Uma Devi who is wrongly shown as raiyat of plot no. 617/3811 which is the actual road having area of 0.0150 Hectare equivalent to 3.707 Decimals.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.
