The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Punpun P.S. Case No.202 of 2019 registered under Sections 366, 365 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that her daughter did not return after appearing at the examination. During the course of search, the informant came to know that Rajdev with the help of his mother and father kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother of Rajdev Kumar. Petitioner was found inside her house. Rajdev Kumar is traceless with the victim. They have already solemnised marriage but the victim did not return till date.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is

No.69594 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 the mother of Rajdev Kumar who is alleged to have kidnapped the victim while she was returning from school, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No.202 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
