Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.747 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law (gotani) of the deceased respectively. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
