1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 02.08.2025, at about 09:00 p.m., she along with her sister-in-law had gone to attend the call of nature and saw Sachin along with two unknown accused

On alarm, named accused persons including the petitioners came and assaulted the informant by lathi and danda causing injury on her head and fracture of hand while her sister-in-law also suffered injury on head and fracture of hand. Further, the accused also assaulted the Bhaisur and mother-in-law of the informant who came to save them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assault against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women and are persons with clean antecedent, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76169 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 3/3 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Gaura P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
