This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mokama P.S.Case No.105 of 2015 dated 16.6.2015 (G.R.No.988 of 2015) for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and one coaccused is of firing on the deceased, causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no independent witness of the occurrence and the petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the impugned order itself shows that the witnesses have supported the case and the postmortem report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74393 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 discloses that altogether nine injuries were found on the deceased .

Having heard both sides and considering the submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
