2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwarasthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim girl which hits her in chest.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
