The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 dated 14.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There was a fight between two kids in which the elders were also participated later. Some of the persons have received injuries in the occurrence. One Shankar Sahni is said to have been injured by the assault perpetrated by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation makes it very clear that there was

There is a counter version also lodged by the mother of the petitioner vide Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018. The injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also the circumstances in which the occurrence took place, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-VII-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
