The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018 in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and read with section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is merely one of the passengers of the Bolero Vehicle and the alleged recovery was made beneath the seat of the driver, not from the petitioner.
It is further submitted that, petitioner is having a clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33528 of 2018(3) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
