2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No. 35/2020.

3. While disposing of the bail application of the petitioner vide order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46838 of 2024, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail within a period of one year.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial is still pending and the petitioner is suffering from chronic disease and is bedridden, and the stipulated period of one year has been completed.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No. 35/2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
