Petitioner is in custody in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2018 and as such he has completed more than three months.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIIcum-Special Judge Excise, Khagaria in connection with Alauli
