Petitioner is in custody in connection with University P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for offence under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)/37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 25(1b)a, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent referring to the FIR, he submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, in fact the alleged recovery was made from the possession from the house of Neetesh Kumar Mandal. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a student of BA-II.

Considering the averment made in para 3 that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33233 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV-cumSpecial Judge, Darbhanga in connection with University P.S.
