The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 815 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 414, 401 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits with reference to statements made in para-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2016 and other co-accused, who was apprehended along with this petitioner, was granted bail vide order dated 25.4.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 13858 of 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33021 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 antecedent and he has remained in custody since 19.12.2016 and similarly circumstanced co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-14th -cum- ACJM13th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 815 of 2016.
