Trial court's report dated 9.10.2021, sent in compliance of order 19.2.2020, is on record which reveals that trial in Session Case No. 126 of 2019 (Mahila Police Station Case No. 02/2019) has already been concluded on 3.9.2021 and accused persons have been acquitted.

2. Since petitioner has already been acquitted in the case, nothing survives for him and hence this bail petition is disposed of.
