The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has been levelled against Dilip and Pampal. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
