The informant Nilesh Prajapati, a passenger of Train No.11124 Down Gwalior Barauni Mail was deprived of a mobile phone for which, he apprehended one person namely, Golu Kumar at the instance of the passengers who pointed out to be the culprit. On interrogation ,Golu Kumar disclosed to have handed over the mobile phone to his associate Pintu Kumar with whom he indulged in conversation and on that very basis Pintu Kumar has been apprehended. On search, so many mobile sets as per seizure list including that of the informant were seized from his possession.

The petitioner has just crossed the age of adolescency and is under custody since 22.07.2019 having no criminal

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Pintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Rail Police Station Case No.162 of 2019.
