Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are only alleged to be conspirators and after investigation police submitted final form but differing with the same, police took cognizance of the offence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks
