The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with POSCO 15/18, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 41/ 2018, registered under Sections 341, 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections -8 of POCSO Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner is the father of the victim and always outrages her modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is own father of the informant and he has been falsely implicated in this case at the behest of her elder married daughter, who lives in Haridwar and she wanted her younger sister to live with her.It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Supaul in connection with POSCO 15 of 2018 arising out of Mahila P.
